Marialice Williams.  Marialice Williams is a Special Advisor and Senior Consultant to Courtney Vaughan LLC.  Ms. Williams spent 9 years as a Director at Fannie Mae in product development and closing mortgage-backed securities’ transactions in the Multifamily Division where she was credited with structuring the first senior/subordinate MBS for Fannie Mae.  During her tenure at Fannie Mae, she was responsible for closing more than US$10 billion of multifamily mortgage-backed securities transactions.  Additionally, she created and named the ACES program whereby Fannie Mae issued its first senior/subordinate mortgage-backed securities.  She won the “Deal of the Year” award, while at Fannie Mae, for closing a mortgage-backed securities transaction where insurance was used as loss coverage and credit enhancement for a pool of small apartment building mortgages.  She chaired the Board of Directors of DC Housing Finance Agency for seven years.  During her tenure, the agency developed many innovative programs, including being the first HFA to securitize its McKinney Act Funds.  Ms. Williams also chairs the Secondary Market for Affordable Housing and CRA Sub-Committees of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Committee.

Ms. Williams is currently president and CEO of Risk Mitigation Strategists, LLC and an attorney licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.  She is also a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in the District of Columbia.  Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University.

Timothy Webb.  Timothy Webb is a Special Consultant (Structured Finance) to   Courtney Vaughan LLC.  Mr. Webb is a seasoned financial and business expert who successfully uses his financial and business expertise and diversified national and international business network to provide strategic business and financial consulting to start-up, small, and medium-sized companies.  He has an extensive background in deal structuring and syndication.  Mr. Webb has represented companies throughout Asia and Latin America.  His experience in the technology sector includes representing a Voice over IP firm, Digital TV broadcasting firm and several IT consulting firms.  He has held positions with firms such as Bank of America, Price Waterhouse and a small merchant-banking firm.  He is currently the managing partner of BW Financial Group LLC.  Mr. Web holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from University of Chicago.

Conway A. Downing, JD.  Conway Downing has been involved in a number of business ventures as a founder-owner and/or senior manager in various sectors, including financial services.  In the early 1980s, he organized and was a founding shareholder of Tidewater-Dominion Small Business Lending Company, one of only 14 grandfathered non-bank firms authorized by the U.S. Small Business Administration to originate and service SBA guaranteed loans in conjunction with the sale and securitization of the loans in the secondary market.  Mr. Downing holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law.  He also holds a Property and Casualty Broker license.
