PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SECTOR EXPERIENCE Courtney Vaughan serves as Project Manager providing overall lead and act as principal expert for our clients' projects. We manage projects in the planning stage for several sectors and focuses on infrastructure finance. With our strong financial, economic/business background as well as in-depth understanding of technical issues involved in many infrastructure projects, we assume single-point responsibility for overall coordination and quality of technical tasks, such as feasibility studies.

challenges to our consulting team. We provide planning and
oversight tasks, conceptualizing, and strategizing to bring solutions uniquely tailored for each project.
