Message from the Chief Executive Officer
Worldwide liberalization and privatization have created many new
business opportunities in the world economy.
These opportunities can be capital intensive and are often
associated with complex risks.
Courtney Vaughan, LLC develops financing and investment strategies for
capital formation. We also develop risk mitigation strategies
to combat risks associated with cross-border financing.
Our mission is to provide financing for economic development and
growth. We accomplish our mission by facilitating financing and
investment through the international capital markets for private
sector businesses and government projects.
Courtney Vaughan, LLC does not itself lend or invest in client's
projects; rather, it acts as a bridge between sponsors and sources of
